           BENNINGHOFF, ROONEY AND SEYFERT, JANUARY 26, 1998

        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT, JANUARY 26, 1998

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 10, 1913 (P.L.199, No.138), entitled
     2     "An act authorizing and empowering the county commissioners
     3     and the county solicitor, and the chief clerk of said
     4     commissioners, of each county, to organize themselves into a
     5     State Association, for the purpose of holding annual
     6     meetings, and providing for the payment of the expenses
     7     thereof."

     8     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     9  hereby enacts as follows:
    10     Section 1.  The act of May 10, 1913 (P.L.199, No.138),
    11  entitled "An act authorizing and empowering the county
    12  commissioners and the county solicitor, and the chief clerk of
    13  said commissioners, of each county, to organize themselves into
    14  a State Association, for the purpose of holding annual meetings,
    15  and providing for the payment of the expenses thereof," is
    16  repealed.
    17     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
