AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
3 period of limitations for commencing prosecutions in certain
4 actions.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 5552 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
9 § 5552. Other offenses.

11 (a.1) Offenses under the Pennsylvania Election Code.--A
12 prosecution for an offense under the act of June 3, 1937
13 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code,
14 must be commenced within three years after it is committed.

16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
