                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of July 1, 1989 (P.L.    , No.3A), entitled "An
     2     act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the
     3     Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
     4     Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for
     5     the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, and for the
     6     payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
     7     of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1989; to provide
     8     appropriations from the Lottery Fund, the Pennsylvania
     9     Economic Revitalization Fund, the Energy Conservation and
    10     Assistance Fund, the State Stores Fund and the Emergency
    11     Medical Services Operating Fund to the Executive Department;
    12     to provide appropriations from the Judicial Computer System
    13     Augmentation Account to the Judicial Department; to provide
    14     appropriations from the Motor License Fund for the fiscal
    15     year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, for the proper operation
    16     of the several departments of the Commonwealth and the
    17     Pennsylvania State Police authorized to spend Motor License
    18     Fund and The State Stores Fund moneys; to provide for the
    19     appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive and Judicial
    20     Departments of the Commonwealth and for the establishment of
    21     restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal year July 1,
    22     1989, to June 30, 1990, and for the payment of bills incurred
    23     and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending
    24     June 30, 1989; to provide additional appropriations from the
    25     General Fund for the expenses of the Executive Department of
    26     the Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools
    27     for the fiscal year July 1, 1988, to June 30, 1989, and for
    28     the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the


     1     close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1988; to provide
     2     additional appropriations from the Motor License Fund to the
     3     Executive Department; to provide for the additional
     4     appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive Department of
     5     the Commonwealth for the fiscal year July 1, 1988, to June
     6     30, 1989, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
     7     unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1988,"
     8     increasing the appropriation for gypsy moth and other insect
     9     and disease control.

    10     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    11  hereby enacts as follows:
    12     Section 1.  As much of section 213 as relates to gypsy moth
    13  control in the act of July 1, 1989 (P.L.    , No.3A), know as
    14  the General Appropriation Act of 1989, is amended to read:
    15     Section 213.  Department of
    16  Environmental Resources.--The
    17  following amounts are appropriated to
    18  the Department of Environmental
    19  Resources:                                 Federal       State

    21     For gypsy moth and other insect and
    22  disease control.

    26     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
