           SERAFINI AND SEYFERT, FEBRUARY 10, 1998

        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON LIQUOR CONTROL, FEBRUARY 10, 1998

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 7, 1830 (P.L.387, No.193), entitled,
     2  "An act graduating the duties upon wholesale dealers and
     3  retailers of merchandize, and prescribing the mode of issuing
     4  licenses and collecting said duties."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of April 7, 1830 (P.L.387, No.193),
     8  entitled, "An act graduating the duties upon wholesale dealers
     9  and retailers of merchandize, and prescribing the mode of
    10  issuing licenses and collecting said duties," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
