AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 8, 1919 (P.L.130, No.96), entitled "An
2 act authorizing any county and city in any county in which
3 the county-seat is within the limits of such city, to erect a
4 joint county and municipal building or buildings; providing
5 for the conditions and agreements under which such building
6 or buildings may be erected and occupied, and for the
7 ownership thereof; providing for the selection of a site for
8 said building or buildings, and authorizing said county and
9 city to make a sale or exchange of properties under certain
10 conditions for the purpose of securing such site; authorizing
11 the acquisition of property for such building or buildings by
12 purchase or condemnation; and authorizing the county to issue
13 bonds in payment of any indebtedness incurred for its share
14 of the cost of such building, or buildings, and land."
15 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
16 hereby enacts as follows:
17 Section 1. The act of May 8, 1919 (P.L.130, No.96), entitled
18 "An act authorizing any county and city in any county in which
19 the county-seat is within the limits of such city, to erect a
20 joint county and municipal building or buildings; providing for
21 the conditions and agreements under which such building or
22 buildings may be erected and occupied, and for the ownership
1 thereof; providing for the selection of a site for said building
2 or buildings, and authorizing said county and city to make a
3 sale or exchange of properties under certain conditions for the
4 purpose of securing such site; authorizing the acquisition of
5 property for such building or buildings by purchase or
6 condemnation; and authorizing the county to issue bonds in
7 payment of any indebtedness incurred for its share of the cost
8 of such building, or buildings, and land," is repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
