AN ACT
1 Amending the act of April 14, 1835 (P.L.232, No.140), entitled
2 "A supplement to the act entitled An act to provide for the
3 erection of a new prison and a debtors' apartment within the
4 city and county of Philadelphia, and for the sale of the
5 county prison in Walnut street in said city," repealing the
6 limitations on duties of physicians in certain prisons.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Sections 7, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14 of the act of
10 April 14, 1835 (P.L.232, No.140), entitled "A supplement to the
11 act entitled An act to provide for the erection of a new prison
12 and a debtors' apartment within the city and county of
13 Philadelphia, and for the sale of the county prison in Walnut
14 street in said city," are repealed.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
