                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 13, 1921 (P.L.132, No.80), entitled
     2     "An act authorizing county commissioners to appropriate
     3     moneys for the maintenance of duly incorporated organizations
     4     for the prevention of cruelty to animals."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of April 13, 1921 (P.L.132, No.80),
     8  entitled "An act authorizing county commissioners to appropriate
     9  moneys for the maintenance of duly incorporated organizations
    10  for the prevention of cruelty to animals," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
