        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON URBAN AFFAIRS, MARCH 11, 1998

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 12, 1866 (P.L.854, No.844), entitled
     2     "A further supplement to an act to establish a health office,
     3     and to secure the city and port of Philadelphia from the
     4     introduction of pestilential and contagious diseases, passed
     5     January twenty-ninth, one thousand eight hundred and
     6     eighteen."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of April 12, 1866 (P.L.854, No.844),
    10  entitled "A further supplement to an act to establish a health
    11  office, and to secure the city and port of Philadelphia from the
    12  introduction of pestilential and contagious diseases, passed
    13  January twenty-ninth, one thousand eight hundred and eighteen,"
    14  is repealed.
    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
