AN ACT
1 Providing for restriction on slot machine licensure.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Restrictions.
5 A slot machine license may not be issued for any facility
6 located within ten miles of a church or school.
7 Section 2. Applicability.
8 This act does not apply to a racetrack facility in existence
9 on the effective date of this act.
10 Section 3. Effective date.
11 This act shall take effect immediately.
