AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of April 8, 1937 (P.L.255, No.61), entitled
2 "An act relating to counties of the first class, and the
3 duties of the recorders of deeds thereof in connection with
4 the collection of certain fees and taxes payable to the
5 Commonwealth, and making provision for the disposition of the
6 compensation therefor heretofore received by such recorders
7 of deeds."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of April 8, 1937 (P.L.255, No.61),
11 entitled "An act relating to counties of the first class, and
12 the duties of the recorders of deeds thereof in connection with
13 the collection of certain fees and taxes payable to the
14 Commonwealth, and making provision for the disposition of the
15 compensation therefor heretofore received by such recorders of
16 deeds," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
