AN ACT
1 Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the Aviation
3 Advisory Committee.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6304(c) of Title 74 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 6304. Aviation Advisory Committee.

10 (c) Terms of appointees.--The term of all members of the
11 committee appointed by the Governor shall be for three years.
12 Any member of the committee may be reappointed for [no more than
13 two full successive terms] an additional term or terms. Any
14 person appointed to fill a vacancy occurring prior to the
15 expiration of the term to which his predecessor was appointed
16 shall serve only for the unexpired term. Each member shall serve
17 until the appointment of a successor.
