AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 27, 1965 (P.L.63, No.50), entitled "An
2 act authorizing the Department of Highways, with the approval
3 of the Governor, to erect and maintain a bridge over the
4 Monongahela River in Washington and Allegheny Counties, and
5 to provide the necessary approaches and connections with
6 State highways; empowering counties to pay certain damages,
7 and making an appropriation."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of May 27, 1965 (P.L.63, No.50), entitled
11 "An act authorizing the Department of Highways, with the
12 approval of the Governor, to erect and maintain a bridge over
13 the Monongahela River in Washington and Allegheny Counties, and
14 to provide the necessary approaches and connections with State
15 highways; empowering counties to pay certain damages, and making
16 an appropriation," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
