AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for tagging and reporting big
3 game kills.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2323(a)(3) of Title 34 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2323. Tagging and reporting big game kills.
9 (a) Tags issued with licenses.--

11 (3) Within ten days of the kill, the person shall [fill
12 in completely the report card supplied with the hunting
13 license for reporting big game killed and shall mail the
14 report card to the commission at Harrisburg] report the
15 killing of big game as required in the manner or methods
16 prescribed by commission regulations.

2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
