AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for tagging and reporting big
3 game kills AND FOR LICENSE FEES FOR ANTLERLESS DEER. <--
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2323(a)(3) of Title 34 of the <--
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 SECTION 1. SECTIONS 2323(A)(3) AND 2709(A)(5) OF TITLE 34 OF <--
9 THE PENNSYLVANIA CONSOLIDATED STATUTES ARE AMENDED TO READ:
10 § 2323. Tagging and reporting big game kills.
11 (a) Tags issued with licenses.--

13 (3) Within ten days of the kill, the person shall [fill
14 in completely the report card supplied with the hunting
15 license for reporting big game killed and shall mail the
1 report card to the commission at Harrisburg] report the
2 killing of big game as required in the manner or methods
3 prescribed by commission regulations.

5 § 2709. LICENSE COSTS AND FEES. <--
6 (A) LICENSE COSTS.--ANY PERSON WHO QUALIFIES UNDER THE
7 PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER SHALL BE ISSUED THE APPLICABLE
8 LICENSE UPON PAYMENT OF THE FOLLOWING COSTS AND THE ISSUING
9 AGENT'S FEE:
