                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 24, 1869 (P.L.90, No.66), entitled
     2  "An act to create a Board of Public Charities."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The act of April 24, 1869 (90, No.66), entitled
     6  "An act to create a Board of Public Charities," is repealed.
     7     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
