                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a portion of the Beaver Valley Expressway in Beaver
     2     and Lawrence Counties as the Richard E. Rentz, Sr., Memorial
     3     Highway.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The portion of State Route 60, known as the
     7  Beaver Valley Expressway, between existing State Route 60 near
     8  Beaver Falls in Beaver County northwardly to the interchange
     9  with State Route 422 near New Castle, is designated and shall be
    10  known as the Richard E. Rentz, Sr., Memorial Highway.
    11     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    12  maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of
    13  highway as the Richard E. Rentz, Sr., Memorial Highway upon its
    14  completion.
    15     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
