                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 62 (Procurement) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, requiring Commonwealth agencies to allow certain
     3     persons to examine certain files, documents and information.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 62 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 2304.  Obligations of departments and agencies.
     9     Every Commonwealth department or agency shall allow a person
    10  doing or attempting to do business with the department or agency
    11  the right to examine and inspect any file, document or other
    12  information maintained by the department or agency which relates
    13  to the person's work or to anything else which may have been
    14  used by the department or agency as grounds to revoke a contract
    15  or to refuse to contract with the person. The person shall also
    16  have the rights established under section 3 of the act of June
    17  21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred to as the Right-to-Know

     1  Law, with respect to such files, documents and other
     2  information.
     3     Section 2.   This act shall take effect in 60 days.
