AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of Route 441 North in East Donegal
2 Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as the Spangler
3 Highway.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Spangler Highway.
7 (a) Designation.--The section of Route 441 East Donegal
8 Township, Lancaster County, beginning at the Chickies Creek
9 Bridge at the bottom of Chickies Hill on Route 441 North through
10 East Donegal Township to the intersection of Routes 743 and 441
11 is hereby designated and shall be known as the Spangler Highway.
12 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
13 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Spangler
14 Highway, at the beginning and the end of the section of the
15 highway designated in subsection (a).
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
