AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge connecting Apollo Borough,
2 Armstrong County, and Oklahoma Borough, Westmoreland County,
3 as the Leonard C. Miller Memorial Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The bridge on SR 66 connecting Apollo Borough,
7 Armstrong County, and Oklahoma Borough, Westmoreland County, is
8 hereby designated and shall be known as the Leonard C. Miller
9 Memorial Bridge.
10 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain signs which display the designation Leonard C. Miller
12 Memorial Bridge at each end of the bridge so designated in
13 section 1.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
