AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of August 5, 1941 (P.L.796, No.292), entitled,
2 "An act to validate and confirm certain contracts heretofore
3 entered into by boards of school directors where there is no
4 evidence of fraud or conspiracy, and to authorize, ratify,
5 confirm and validate payments on such contracts by the school
6 district."
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The act of August 5, 1941 (P.L.796, No.292),
10 entitled, "An act to validate and confirm certain contracts
11 heretofore entered into by boards of school directors where
12 there is no evidence of fraud or conspiracy, and to authorize,
13 ratify, confirm and validate payments on such contracts by the
14 school district," is repealed.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
