AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 25, 1947 (P.L.979, No.418), entitled
2 "An act validating certain conveyances of real property made
3 by a county home or by the directors of the poor."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of June 25, 1947 (P.L.979, No.418),
7 entitled "An act validating certain conveyances of real property
8 made by a county home or by the directors of the poor," is
9 repealed.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
