AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, providing for members of the
3 Pennsylvania National Guard to have the option of receiving
4 an anthrax vaccination.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 4109. Anthrax vaccination.
10 Members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who have not been
11 called, ordered or engaged in the active service of the United
12 States shall have the option of accepting or rejecting a
13 vaccination for anthrax.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
