AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of July 2, 1937 (P.L.2803, No.588), entitled
2 "An act providing a method of annexation of townships of the
3 first class, and parts thereof, to cities and boroughs, and
4 regulating the proceedings pertaining thereto."
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of July 2, 1937 (P.L.2803, No.588),
8 entitled "An act providing a method of annexation of townships
9 of the first class, and parts thereof, to cities and boroughs,
10 and regulating the proceedings pertaining thereto," is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
