                                     AN ACT

     1  Making appropriations to the Philipsburg State General Hospital.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  The following appropriations are hereby made to
     5  the Philipsburg State General Hospital for the fiscal year July
     6  1, 1990, to June 30, 1991:
     7             State appropriation....................     4,137,000
     8             Federal appropriation..........5,564,000
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1990.
