AN ACT
1 Designating the phrase "You've Got a Friend in Pennsylvania" as
2 the official State slogan of the Commonwealth of
3 Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Official State slogan.
7 The phrase, "You've Got a Friend in Pennsylvania" is hereby
8 designated as the official State slogan for the Commonwealth of
9 Pennsylvania.
10 Section 2. Slogan change.
11 The official State slogan established in section 1 may only
12 be changed by an act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
13 of Pennsylvania.
14 Section 3. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
