AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for restrictions on use of
3 limited access highways.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3313(d) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 3313. Restrictions on use of limited access highways.

10 (d) Driving in right lane.--Vehicles shall be driven in the
11 lane nearest the right-hand edge of the roadway, except when
12 overtaking another vehicle, or for a distance of up to two miles
13 in preparation for a left turn, or as directed by official
14 traffic control devices, police officers or appropriately
15 attired persons authorized to divert, control or regulate
16 traffic, or when two or more lanes are needed to handle the flow
17 of traffic.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
