AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
2 Protection for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission for
3 water resource planning assistance for the fiscal year
4 beginning July 1, 2004.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Appropriation.
8 The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary,
9 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Environmental
10 Protection for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission for water
11 resource planning assistance for the fiscal year July 1, 2004,
12 to June 30, 2005.
13 Section 2. Construction.
14 The appropriation in section 1 shall be construed as a
15 supplement to the State appropriation to the Susquehanna River
16 Basin Commission set forth in section 213 of the act of
17 , 2004 (P.L. , No. ), known as the General
18 Appropriation Act of 2004.
1 Section 3. Effective date.
2 This act shall take effect July 1, 2004, or immediately,
3 whichever is later.
