AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Advocate Community Development
2 Corporation for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Advocate Community Development Corporation, Philadelphia, for
8 the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1991, for maintenance
9 and the purchase of apparatus, supplies and equipment and to
10 continue to conduct social services.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
