AN ACT
1 Repealing a provision of law which provides for preemption of
2 authority relating to zoning or land use for licensed gaming
3 entities, licensed racetracks and proposed racetracks.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1506 of the act of July 5, 2004 (P.L.572,
7 No.71), known as the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and
8 Gaming Act, is hereby repealed.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
