AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for carrying
3 firearms without a license.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6106 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 6106. Firearms not to be carried without a license.

10 (e) Confiscation of vehicle.--If a vehicle is involved in a
11 violation of this section, the vehicle shall be confiscated and
12 shall become the property of the Commonwealth. Confiscation
13 shall not divest or impair the rights or interest of a bona fide
14 lienholder.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
