AN ACT
1 Designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 1014 over
2 the Watsontown River, Watsontown Borough, Northumberland
3 County, as the Nurse Helen Fairchild Memorial Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Nurse Helen Fairchild Memorial Bridge.
7 (a) Designation.--The bridge located on State Route 1014 in
8 Watsontown Borough, Northumberland County, over the Watsontown
9 River is hereby designated the Nurse Helen Fairchild Memorial
10 Bridge.
11 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
12 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
13 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect immediately.
