AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the State System of Higher Education
2 for the Traffic Institute for Police Services.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Appropriation.
6 The sum of $300,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary,
7 is hereby appropriated to the Traffic Institute for Police
8 Services for the fiscal year July 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003. The
9 sum shall be allocated to the Traffic Institute for Police
10 Services for the purposes of specialized training and education
11 programs for law enforcement and other governmental agencies.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect immediately.
