AN ACT
1 Designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 259 over the
2 Conemaugh River between Robinson, Indiana County, and the
3 Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, as the Wesley E.
4 Dodson Bridge.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Wesley E. Dodson Bridge.
8 (a) Designation.--The bridge located on that portion of
9 State Route 259 over the Conemaugh River between Robinson,
10 Indiana County, and the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County,
11 is hereby designated and shall hereafter be known as the Wesley
12 E. Dodson Bridge.
13 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
14 maintain appropriate signs at each end of the bridge bearing
15 this designation.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect immediately.
