                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Amending the Financial Operating Rules of the Senate relating to
     2     per diem allowances.

     3     RESOLVED, That Rule III 9.(a) of the Financial Operating
     4  Rules of the Senate be amended to read:

     7  9.  Documentation.
     8     (a)  Per Diem Allowance.
     9     For payment of a per diem allowance, a Member must submit a
    10  voucher showing the date, the legislative activity in which the
    11  Member was engaged on that date, and the location of the
    12  activity. The voucher must be submitted within 90 days from the
    13  date of the legislative activity. Otherwise the voucher shall
    14  not be approved for payment.
