                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of December 20, 1996 (P.L.1504, No.195),
     2     entitled "An act providing for the rights and privileges of
     3     taxpayers," repealing the expiration date of the act.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 401 of the act of December 20, 1996
     7  (P.L.1504, No.195), known as the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights, is
     8  repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
