                                  A RESOLUTION

        Amending Senate Rule XII.

           RESOLVED, That Rule XII of the Senate Rules is amended by
        adding a section to read:
                             XII ORDER AND DECORUM
                                  Recognition
           * * *
           4.1.  No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and other
        tobacco products shall be allowed in the Hall of the Senate.
