A RESOLUTION

 

1Honoring Trooper Blake T. Coble, who passed away in the line of
2duty on October 4, 2012.

3WHEREAS, A veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Trooper
4Coble was a 24-year member of the Pennsylvania State Police,
5attached to the Brighton Township barracks for two decades and
6held the rank of Trooper First Class; and

7WHEREAS, Born on November 15, 1964, Trooper Coble was the son
8of Tom and Judy Clegg Coble and an active member of the
9Fraternal Order of Police organization; and

10WHEREAS, Since his enlistment in the Pennsylvania State
11Police, he faithfully endeavored to preserve and protect the
12health, safety and welfare of his fellow citizens; and

13WHEREAS, In the finest spirit of public service, he
14demonstrated exemplary knowledge, ability and integrity in
15carrying out his many responsibilities and earned deep respect
16and gratitude for his tireless devotion to duty; and

1WHEREAS, He will be deeply missed by all those who had the
2honor of knowing and loving him; therefore be it

3RESOLVED, That the Senate note with great sadness the passing
4of Trooper Blake T. Coble, whose life greatly benefited all
5those who lived, served and worked with him and extend heartfelt
6condolences to this wife, Brenda Peeso Coble; son, James;
7daughter, Savannah; and parents, Tom and Judy Clegg Coble; and
8may we honor his service to our Commonwealth.
