                            A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

     1  Extending the time period for a report by the Pennsylvania
     2     Higher Education Assistance Agency.

     3     WHEREAS, On June 12, 2000, the General Assembly adopted
     4  Senate Resolution 180, Printer's No. 1991 (2000), which required
     5  the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency to report to
     6  the General Assembly on four-year and longer bachelor's degree
     7  programs by October 1, 2001; and
     8     WHEREAS, More time is needed for the agency to properly
     9  complete the report; therefore be it
    10     RESOLVED (the House concurring), That the General Assembly
    11  extend until December 15, 2001, the due date for the report by
    12  the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency under Senate
    13  Resolution 180, Printer's No. 1991 (2000).
