SENATE BILL

No. 114 Session of 1989

                                     AN ACT

     1  Imposing requirements on persons leasing certain real estate in
     2     counties of the second class A; and making a repeal.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Filing of lease.
     6     A person who leases real estate located in a county of the
     7  second class A shall, before January 15 of each year, file with
     8  the Board of Assessment Appeals of the county a copy of the
     9  lease of the real estate and a list of the expenses incurred by
    10  the person in the rental of the property for the preceding
    11  calendar year.
    12  Section 2.  Application.
    13     This act shall not apply to persons who lease fewer than five
    14  apartments.
    15  Section 3.  Repeal.
    16     The act of July 28, 1953 (P.L.723, No.230), known as the
    17  Second Class County Code, is repealed insofar as it is


     1  inconsistent with this act.
     2  Section 4.  Effective date.
     3     This act shall take effect immediately.
