AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Community Music School of Lehigh
2 Valley.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $30,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Community Music School of Lehigh Valley, Allentown, for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, for instruction.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Community Music School of Lehigh
9 Valley on account of the appropriation provided in section 1
10 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
11 payments.
12 Section 3. The Community Music School of Lehigh Valley shall
13 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
14 provisions of this act. The information shall be provided and in
15 such form and manner as the Department of Education shall
16 prescribe.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
1 immediately, which ever is later.
