     1  Amending section 7 of Senate Rule XV.

     2     RESOLVED, That section 7 of Senate Rule XV be amended to
     3  read:

     6     7.  A committee meeting or hearing for which notice has not
     7  been published in the daily Calendar of standing committee or
     8  subcommittee meetings as provided in section 6(a), may be held
     9  during a session only if approval is granted by the Majority and
    10  Minority Leaders and if notice of the bills to be considered is
    11  given during session.
