AN ACT
1 Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for disclosures
3 relating to financial interests.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1105(b) of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes, added October 15, 1998 (P.L.729, No.93),
8 is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
9 § 1105. Statement of financial interests.

11 (b) Required information.--The statement shall include the
12 following information for the prior calendar year with regard to
13 the person required to file the statement:

15 (11) The name and address of any county, municipality or
16 authority which paid the public official any fee for any
17 purpose, together with an explanation of the purpose.

1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
