AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for
3 participation of parent, guardian or other custodian in
4 treatment program.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 6358. Participation of parent, guardian or other custodian in
10 treatment program.
11 If the child is found to be a dependent or a delinquent
12 child, the court may order a parent, guardian or other custodian
13 of the child to participate in any medical, psychiatric,
14 psychological or other treatment or counseling program to assist
15 in the rehabilitation of the child.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
