                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for lighted head lamps on school
     3     buses.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4308 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 4308.  Lighted head lamps on school buses.
     9     Every school bus shall display lighted head lamps [during the
    10  entire period that the school bus is in operation] whenever it
    11  is carrying passengers.
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
