AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the collective bargaining
3 status of Game Commission officers.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 303(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 303. Game Commission officers and employees.

10 (b) Status.--
11 (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) and except for
12 the director, all personnel shall be employed in accordance
13 with the classification and compensation plans of the
14 Commonwealth and regulations of the commission.
15 (2) For the purposes of collective bargaining and
16 compensation for work-related injuries, salaried Game
17 Commission officers shall be deemed policemen for the
1 purposes of the act of June 28, 1935 (P.L.477, No.193),
2 referred to as the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits
3 Law, and the act of June 24, 1968 (P.L.237, No.111), referred
4 to as the Policemen and Firemen Collective Bargaining Act.
