AN ACT
1 Designating a section of Legislative Route 48 in Allegheny
2 County as the Leonard A. Funk, Jr. Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of Legislative Route 48 from the
6 Walnut Street intersection in THE CITY OF McKeesport, ALLEGHENY <--
7 COUNTY, to the intersection on Legislative Route 130 in THE <--
8 BOROUGH OF Monroeville, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, is designated and <--
9 shall be known as the Leonard A. Funk, Jr. Highway.
10 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
12 as the Leonard A. Funk, Jr. Highway.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
