AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Arsenal Family and Children's
2 Center in Pittsburgh for services for children and their
3 families.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $160,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Arsenal Family and Children's Center in Pittsburgh for services
8 for children and their families for the fiscal year July 1,
9 2001, to June 30, 2002.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Arsenal Family and Children's
11 Center on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be
12 made by the Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly
13 payments.
14 Section 3. The Arsenal Family and Children's Center shall
15 provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
16 required by the Department of Public Welfare or the chairman or
17 the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
18 Senate or the chairman or the minority chairman of the
1 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
2 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2001, or
3 immediately, whichever is later.
