                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of
     3     trading in motor vehicles and trailers.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 7365(a) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 7365.  Trading in motor vehicles and trailers.
     9     (a)  Offense defined.--A person is guilty of a summary
    10  offense if he engages in the business of buying, selling,
    11  exchanging, trading, or otherwise dealing in new or used motor
    12  vehicles or trailers, on [Sunday] more than one Sunday during
    13  any single month.

    15     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
