1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in financial responsibility, further providing for
3exclusion from benefits.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 1718 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 1718. Exclusion from benefits.

10(d) Liability to innocent third parties.--An insurer may not
11exclude benefits to, or deny coverage for damage to property of,
12an innocent third party who sustains a loss caused by the
13conduct of the insured while the insured commits a felony.

14Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
