                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Community and
     2     Economic Development for enterprise zones.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $10,000,000, or as much thereof as may
     6  be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
     7  Community and Economic Development for the fiscal year July 1,
     8  1999, to June 30, 2000, for enterprise zone programs.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999, or
    10  immediately, whichever is later.
